South Suburban Psychological & Counseling Services is the Eagan based private practice of Michael J. Ferrarese, Ph D., L.P.  Dr. Ferrarese sees Adults, Adolescents, and Children.  He does individual, couples, and family therapy. His areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, stress management, ADHD, parent training, and psychological evaluations. 

Dr. Ferrarese’s primary theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).  He did his undergraduate work at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA), where he earned top honors graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, along with Highest Honors in Psychology.  He earned his Doctorate at the University of Minnesota in June of 1981, and is a member of the American Psychological Association. 

Dr. Ferrarese has been married for over 30 years and has five children.  He enjoys biking, tennis, racquetball, reading, landscaping, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
